Fillip
Fillip is a mobile fuel wallet designed specifically for small businesses. They approached our team with the task of creating a data-first marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and grow engagement ahead of their corporate launch.
The Task
Creating a Marketing Strategy and Redesigning the Website​​​​​​​
Fillip's main challenge was to stand out in a saturated industry and appeal to small businesses while presenting themselves with legitimacy amongst larger companies. The UI/UX designer was tasked with creating a data-first marketing strategy and redesigning the website to appeal to the target audience and differentiate Fillip from major credit card companies.​​​​​​​
The Role
Lead Visual Designer
As the lead visual designer, I worked alongside a copywriter to expand Fillip's visual identity and establish a voice. With a more defined brand, Fillip could enter the market confidently. Using the newly established brand, I led the redesign of Fillip's website and marketing campaign. ​​​​​​​
The Solution
Increased Brand Awareness and Sign-Ups
By using a data-first approach and redesigning the website and marketing campaign, Fillip's brand awareness and sign-ups grew by 2X month over month.
